How to Apply
Our simple 3-step application process
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application for all adults 18+ who will be living in the property. A non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant.
Screening Process
We run a comprehensive background check including credit history, rental history, employment verification, and criminal background.
Approval & Move-In
Once approved, sign the lease, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and schedule your move-in date.
What You'll Need
Please have the following ready when you apply:
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (recent pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements)
- Employment verification (employer contact information)
- Rental history (previous landlord contact information)
- Social Security Number for background check
- Application fee payment (non-refundable)
Pet Policy
We welcome responsible pet owners! Please review our pet policy:
- Maximum 2 pets per household
- Weight limit: 50 lbs per pet
- Breed restrictions may apply (varies by property)
- Pet deposit required (refundable)
- Monthly pet rent applies
- Current vaccination records required
Disqualifying Factors
The following may result in application denial:
- Credit score below 600
- Eviction history within the past 5 years
- Felony conviction within the past 7 years
- Insufficient income (gross monthly income must be 3x monthly rent)
- Negative rental references
- False or misleading information on application
Each application is reviewed individually. We comply with all Fair Housing laws and consider each applicant on a case-by-case basis.
